EliteApartment Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Elitesys Technology Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the EliteApartment app and its related web pages (the "Service"). We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
1. Data we collect
- Account: email address, password, nickname, profile photo, mobile phone number.
- Resident registration: name, gender, nationality, identity document number and images, admission letter and university (for student residences), emergency contact.
- Bookings and payments: rooms booked, tenancy dates, bills, payment status and payment receipts you upload. Card and wallet details are entered with the payment provider; we do not receive or store them.
- Service requests: repair, cleaning, booking and enquiry details, including photos you choose to attach.
- Access control: a face photo, only if you enrol in face-recognition door access.
- Device permissions: camera and photo library are used only when you take or choose a photo; approximate location is used only while the app is open, to show nearby residences on the map. You can turn these off in iOS Settings at any time.
- Technical data: device model, operating system and app version, notification token, and error logs needed to run and secure the Service.
2. How we use your data
- To create and verify your account and identity.
- To provide residence bookings, tenancy agreements, billing and receipts.
- To handle repair, cleaning, space booking and other service requests, and to grant door access.
- To send service notifications related to your bookings and requests.
- To provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
3. Sharing
We share personal data only as needed to provide the Service:
- the residence operator that manages the property you book;
- payment providers that process your payments;
- door access and smart lock providers, for access control;
- hosting and email service providers that operate our systems on our behalf;
- authorities, where required by law.
These parties may process data only for the purposes above. Data may be stored or processed outside Hong Kong; we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives comparable protection.
4. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law for tenancy and financial records. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to personal data is limited to authorised staff with a need to know.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You may access and correct your data in the app under Me → Profile. You may request deletion of your account at any time in the app under Me → Profile → Delete Account. If you have no ongoing tenancy, your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 15 working days. If you have an ongoing tenancy, the account stays usable until check-out is completed and is then deleted in the same way. Records we must keep by law (for example, tenancy and payment records) are retained only for the required period. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the app.

EliteApartment 私隱政策
本政策說明 Elitesys Technology Limited（「我們」）在您使用 EliteApartment 應用程式及相關網頁（「本服務」）時，如何收集、使用、分享及保護個人資料。我們依照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）處理個人資料。
1. 收集的資料
- 賬戶：電郵地址、密碼、暱稱、頭像、手提電話號碼。
- 住戶登記：姓名、性別、國籍、證件號碼及證件影像、取錄通知書及就讀院校（學生公寓適用）、緊急聯絡人。
- 預訂及付款：所訂房間、租期、賬單、付款狀態及您上載的付款憑證。銀行卡及電子錢包資料於付款服務商處輸入，我們不會接收或儲存。
- 服務申請：維修、清潔、預約及查詢內容，包括您選擇附上的相片。
- 門禁：人臉相片，僅於您登記人臉識別開門時收集。
- 裝置權限：相機及相簿僅於您拍攝或選擇相片時使用；大約位置僅於應用程式開啟時使用，用於在地圖上顯示附近住宿。您可隨時於 iOS「設定」中關閉。
- 技術資料：裝置型號、作業系統及應用程式版本、通知識別碼，以及維持本服務運作及安全所需的錯誤記錄。
2. 資料用途
- 建立及核實您的賬戶與身份。
- 提供住宿預訂、租約、賬單及收據。
- 處理維修、清潔、空間預約及其他服務申請，並提供門禁權限。
- 發送與您的預訂及申請相關的服務通知。
- 提供客戶支援、防止欺詐及履行法律責任。
我們不會出售您的個人資料，不會將其用於廣告，亦不會在其他公司的應用程式及網站上追蹤您。
3. 資料分享
我們僅在提供本服務所需的範圍內分享個人資料：
- 管理您所預訂物業的住宿營運方；
- 處理付款的付款服務商；
- 提供門禁及智能門鎖的服務商；
- 代我們營運系統的主機及電郵服務商；
- 依法要求的有關當局。
上述各方僅可為以上用途處理資料。資料可能於香港境外儲存或處理，我們會採取合理措施確保其獲得相若的保護。
4. 保存期限
我們僅在達成上述用途所需的期間內保存個人資料，包括法律就租約及財務記錄要求的保存期。期滿後資料將被刪除或匿名化。
5. 資料安全
資料經加密連線傳送，個人資料只限有需要的獲授權人員存取。
6. 您的權利及刪除賬戶
您可於應用程式「我的 → 個人資料」查閱及更正資料，亦可隨時於「我的 → 個人資料 → 刪除賬戶」申請刪除賬戶。如名下沒有未完結的租約，賬戶即時停用，個人資料於 15 個工作天內刪除或匿名化；如有未完結的租約，賬戶於退房完成前照常可用，其後按相同方式刪除。法律要求保存的記錄（例如租約及付款記錄）僅於規定期間內保留。您亦可聯絡我們要求查閱、更正或刪除資料。
7. 兒童
本服務並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，我們不會在知情的情況下收集其個人資料。
8. 政策更新
我們可能更新本政策，最新版本以上方生效日期為準。重大變更將於應用程式內公布。
